Best Dog Friendly accommodation in Victoria
When Aleksandra wanted to have a break away to celebrate not only her birthday, but her lovely dog Penny’s as well, she knew she need to find the best dog friendly accommodation in Victoria. Naturally, her search brought her to us. We were delighted to have the gals stay with us recently, along with their number one bloke Adrian.
Of course, a birthday isn’t a birthday without a giftie or two. And it seems Penny was the giftee in mind. Aleks saw our fabulous dog portrait package, the Sleep and Pose package on our packages page. It turns out that Penny is a very photogenic young lassie. Her photos were sent to our amazing Jennifer Colbron of Colac Otway Art, artist extrordinaire. After deciding on the number, size and pose of the portraits they’d like, Aleks handed the pressure over to Jennifer. A quick draft to get the right dimensions and she was away.
We are not sure about you, but we think Jennifer’s style is amazing. I love that she can just get that look in the eye, the rambunctious frivolity, the wet nose into her paintings. The end result, a very happy Aleks and Adrian, and of course a delighted Penny, who possibly didn’t realise the enormity of her preservation in ink and watercolour, but just saw the delight on her families faces when they saw the outcome.
We love the care that Jennifer takes in her presentations and thank her and her happy recipients for the pleasure of photographing the moment of handover. Well done Stuart Fry for your great capture!
